Recent Accomplishments
Terry was awarded for the fourth year in a row, a Special Designation by The Greater Lake County Association of Realtors® for selling over a million dollars in real estate during 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Recently, Terry was awarded two special designations from the National Association of Realtors®, SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and "At Home With Diversity". Terry is one of only a few Realtors® in the nation with the "At Home with Diversity" (AHWD) special designation.

My Background
My real estate knowledge comes from Sarasota on Florida's GulfCoast, where I was a sales associate for that areas #1 ranked brokerage and #5 ranked real estate firm in Florida for 2006 sales volume. I began my professional career in Criminal Justice, then became an administrator for a non-profit organization, finally transitioning to Real Estate. My husband, Robin, and I have bought and sold many homes while he made his career in the military, while living and traveling in Europe for nine years, and in the USA.
